Water continually changes the face of the earth. It sculptures the land as it seeks it way home. It has reduced mighty into mere shadows of their former shapes. Mankind has followed its path and built civilization and commerce along its shores. We have used its natural flow to power our modern day life and without it, life ceases to exist. Arriving from clouds as rain, it forms rivers, lakes, and seas, and is a major component of all living matter. These images demonstrate not only its power but its beauty too.
